This is a strong showing for this newer estate winery. Savory aromas of nori wrap and dried beef meet with floral violet and fresh strawberry elements on the nose. The palate is rich in mouthfeel with black-raspberry and black-plum flavors, as dried thyme, tar, more pepper and dried meat add complexity.
