The idea that the vineyard is the source of a wines flavor profile is quite traditional. This is the French concept of terroir, where soil and geography along with its associated climate, micro-flora and farming practices influence the wines character.
We just let Mother Nature do what she does best while not loosing site of our role. We play in the whole process, bringing our values, aesthetics and know-how to the craft of wine making. Wine is made in the vineyards.
